According to NFL Network’s Jason LaCanfora, the San Francisco 49ers, following a 31-10 loss at Kansas City, have fired offensive coordinator Jimmy Raye,

Coach Mike Singletary told the media on Sunday that he expected Raye to stay on as the 49ers’ coordinator for the rest of the season. “Right now, what we’re going to do is get back and look at the film and hold off on making any changes. Whatever changes we have to do to right some things, we’ll do that.”

But according to LaCanfora, Singletary and Raye have not seen “eye to eye” on the “scope of the offense.”

Quarterbacks coach Mike Johnson takes over coordinator duties from Raye, LaCanfora reports.
