The San Francisco 49ers are sending head coach Mike Singletary and tight end Vernon Davis across the pond to hype this year’s NFL in London game.

The 49ers and Denver Broncos will square off at Wembley Stadium on October 31 in a regular season contest.

Davis will do his share of the media tour on Wednesday and Thursday while Singletary will make the rounds on Sunday and Monday.

This contest promises to be a little more competitive than last year’s game that saw the New England Patriots trounce the Tampa Bay Buccaneers by a score of 35-7.

A large number of European fans were upset that the Glazer family, owners of the Buccaneers and Manchester United, was involved in that contest.
