Bears QB Jay Cutler Out For Sunday’s Game; Todd Collins To Start

According to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has been ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers.

Cutler suffered a concussion last Sunday after being sacked 10 times by the New York Giants defense.

Veteran quarterback Todd Collins will start for the Bears.

Collins’ last NFL start came in a wild-card playoff game at Seattle on Jan. 5, 2008, while he was a member of the Redskins.
