The Cincinnati Bengals first-round draft pick Jermaine Gresham agreed to terms with the team.

Gresham, a 6-foot-6, 261-pound tight end out of Oklahoma, signed a five-year, $15.8 million contract with $9.6 million guaranteed according to Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

The contract has a max value of $18.5 million.

Gresham was sidelined for the entire 2009 season with torn ACL. Nevertheless, his stock remained high enough for the Bengals to use the No. 21 overall pick in the draft on him.
