Bengals WR Chad OchoCinco Fined $10,000 For Wearing A Black Chinstrap

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco was fined $10,000 for wearing a black chinstrap against the Houston Texans on Sunday.

Ochocinco announced the fine on Wednesday via his Twitter page.

Ochocinco was fined $5,000 by the NFL for wearing an orange chinstrap during the preseason.
