Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk (PFT) posted a story this afternoon about Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Terrell Owens blaming the owner and coaches for their 10-game losing streak.

Needless to say, Owens had a few choice words for PFT.

At first it looked like PFT was standing by their story and blaming it on the Associated Press by tweeting this to Owens:

“We based our report on the AP story, which focuses on blame placed on owners and coaches.”

and the very next tweet, PFT seemed to wanna kiss Owens’ butt by saying:

“For the record, we disagree w/some things you say, but you’ve had a very good year and are one of the all-time greats.”
