The Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization has fired head coach Jon Gruden and general manager Bruce Allen.

Gruden is the biggest surprise to me here, I honestly thought all the firing was over.

Gruden’s career record with the Buccaneers was 57-55 with three playoff appearances and one Super Bowl win with Tony Dungy’s team.
