Broncos And CB Champ Bailey Break Off Contract Talks

According to Fox 31 Denver reporter Josina Anderson, the Denver Broncos and cornerback Champ Bailey have broken off talks about a contract extension until the offseason, Bailey is in the last year of his deal with the team.

“Apparently there won’t be any further discussions about Champ’s contract until at least after the season,” said Bailey’s agent, Jack Reale. “This is not our choice. This is a choice by the Broncos. We’ll respect that and move on if we have to.”
