Browns VP and GM Phil Savage and Head Coach Romeo Crennel will be fired as soon as Monday and no later than Tuesday.

The Browns finished the season a dismal 4-12 and after being shut out by division rival Pittsburgh Steelers 31-0 Sunday afternoon, the Browns organization and Browns owner Randy Lerner has had enough.
