Carmelita Jeter Runs An Amazing 10.72 100 Meters In Semis

Carmelita Jeter won the first semifinal heat of the women’s 100 meters at the USA Track & Field Championships with a wind-aided time of 10.72 seconds.

It’s the fastest, all-condition time at Hayward Field in 10 years.

Jeter later qualified for the Berlin Games along with Former Miami Hurricanes sprinter Lauryn Williams and 100 meter winner Muna Lee.
