Syracuse university head coach Greg Robinson was fired today with just 2 games left in the season. Up to date Robinson’s three plus years includes no bowl games, no winning seasons and a record of 9-35.
I posted a story on October 14th entitled “Should Any Of These College Coaches Get Fired???” and there were three [...]

Another undefeated goes down as the unranked Iowa Hawkeyes defeated the #3 Penn State Nittany Lions 24-23 in Iowa City Saturday night. The Hawkeyes played Penn State extremely tough through the whole game and it finally came to a head when Penn State quarterback Daryll Clark threw an interception to freshman defensive back Tyler Sash [...]

Redshirt freshman running back Darren Evans broke the single game rushing record previously held by former Virginia Tech running back Mike Imoh on Thursday night against the #23 Maryland Terrapins. Evans got 32 carries and gained 253 yards with one touchdown. More importantly the Virginia Tech Hokies beat the Terrapins 23-13 and became bowl eligible [...]

Tennessee Volunteers head coach Phillip Fulmer will not return for the 2009 season. Fulmer is in danger of having his second losing season in four years. His current record is 3-6 overall and 1-5 in the SEC. Things fell very far, very fast for Fulmer. He went from being in the SEC Championship last year [...]

I watched another top 10 team go down last night as the #24 TCU dominated the undefeated #9 BYU Cougars 32-7. There weren’t really any stars in this game offensively for TCU but cornerback Nick Sanders did have two interceptions against Max Hall, one the nation’s top quarterbacks.
Reaction: Thank God BYU lost. I didn’t [...]

My answer is YES!!! because of what the Heisman Trophy Winner seems to represent. To me the Heisman Trophy should be awarded to the best player in college football not the best player on the best team. For instance here are some years where I think others should have won the Heisman Trophy:
1990- Winner: Ty [...]

The Miami Hurricanes will get a boost on offense this week as junior running back Javarris James will return to the lineup after sitting out the last four games with a high ankle sprain. The Hurricanes offense has suffered this season and need any help it could get. In case you guys are wondering yes [...]

1. Phillip Fulmer
He went from being the best in the SEC to the worst in the SEC. Last year Phillip Fulmer went to the SEC Championship, this year he has worst team in the conference. He is 2-4 overall and 0-3 in the conference. With the talent is not going to Tennessee like it used [...]

This is super funny, but Lou Holtz makes a great point about the question at hand. The ruling should have been in favor of Holtz because Tebow is the reigning Heisman Trophy Winner and he is that until someone else beats him out for it.
