Miami Hurricanes head coach Randy Shannon has decided on Jacory Harris as his starting quarterback for next season.
Jacory Harris was previously rotating with redshirt freshman Robert Marve but seemingly outplayed Marve throughout the season and ultimately won the starting job.

Patrick Nix was fired Monday after two seasons as Miami’s offensive coordinator.
Miami was 7-6 this season and sputtered at times on offense, yet showed improvement in some areas during the second half of the year. Ultimately, it wasn’t enough to keep Nix in place as offensive coordinator.
