According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Kansas City Chiefs have given running back Jamaal Charles a five-year extension worth, $32.5 million dollars with $13 million dollars guaranteed.

Charles had a great ending to his 2009 season, is leading the NFL with 6.2 yards per carry and ranks third in the NFL rushing with 1,137 yards.
