Colts S Bob Sanders To Make His Debut Vs Rams

Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell announced Friday morning that two-time pro-bowl safety Bob Sanders will make his debut Sunday against the Rams.
Sanders has missed the first five games of the season with a knee injury after spending training camp and preseason on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
The 2007 NFL defensive player of the year participated in most of the team’s practice work this week and for the first time this season, Sanders was not listed on the team’s injury report Wednesday.
“I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time,” Sanders said Wednesday. “I feel excited about that and I’m ready to get in there. But we’ve not made that decision (about playing) yet.”
