Colts WR Anthony Gonzalez Should Be Ready By Training Camp
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez should be ready for training camp according to coach Jim Caldwell.
Gonzalez, who suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 1 last season, recently suffered a minor hamstring injury that sidelined him for the Colts recent OTAs. The two injuries were unrelated with the latter being categorized as minor according to the Indianapolis Star.
The 25-year-old 2007 first-round pick of the Colts showed promise in both his rookie and sophomore outings. He caught 57 passes in 2008 for 664 yards and four touchdowns as part of a potent Colts passing attack led by Peyton Manning.
