Cowboys Will Not Be Trading DE Marcus Spears

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said the team has no interest in trading defensvie end Marcus Spears.

Additionally, Todd Archer of the Dallas Morning News reports that Stephen Jones also said the Cowboys would not trade Spears.

“If we would’ve looked at moving Spears we would’ve need it done before the draft so we could get a replacement,” executive vice president Stephen Jones said. “Once we went through the draft and everything, we need Spears. He’s a valuable part of this football team.”
