Daunte Culpepper to Start for the Detroit Lions???
The Detroit Lions have not ruled out a possible start for recently unretired quarterback Daunte Culpepper for Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Culpepper is splitting first-string snaps with second year quarterback Drew Stanton and could very well start ASAP. Culpepper is better than any quarterback on any roster in the NFC North so Daunte, in my opinion, should be the unquestioned starter even if he only knew 20% of the playbook. Daunte has a young Randy Moss on the team, he’s working in a familiar offense and frankly the Lions have nothing to lose, their 0-8. Let’s see what happens. GO DAUNTE!!!

That has to be a slap in the face of the 3rd string quarterback he’s been there for a whole year and a guy comes out of retirement into a new system and takes his place. WOW!!!
