Former Dolphins QB Pat White Signs With The Royals

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the Kansas City Royals have signed former Miami Dolphins quarterback Pat White to a Minor League contract.

Kansas City understands that White is interested in returning to the NFL, so the team has agreed to be flexible in allowing White to return to the gridiron.

White was picked by the New York Yankees in the 2009 MLB Amateur Draft.

I wonder if White would ever take into consideration being a two-sport professional, similar to the former Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves star Deion Sanders.

He could double as a quarterback for the Chiefs and play for the Riyals.
