Giants Offensive Coordinator Happy With RB Brandon Jacobs Decision Making

According to Mike Garfalo of The Star-Ledger, the New York Giants were pleased with the way running back Brandon Jacobs handled himself and played in Week 5 against the Houston Texans.

“When he’s running the way he’s running now, that’s what you’d like to see: more decisive,” offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride said. “He got more opportunities. He actually had been doing a good job for us – those short yardage plays, he’s been very effective. We get him back to the line of scrimmage and he’s been able to power his way over some people and make the first down for us, keep us on the field.”
