Hurricanes LB Arthur Brown Leaves School For “Personal Reasons”

Arthur Brown #11

Miami Hurricanes linebacker Arthur Brown has left the University after two seasons, the Sun-Sentinel reported on its Hurricanes blog today.

The Sun-Sentinel reported that Brown recently withdrew from school, citing a source close to the situation. An Eagle message for Brown and his Wichita adviser, Brian Butler, was not immediately returned.

Brown was Scout.com’s top recruit nationally after his senior season (2007) at East, but he struggled for playing time at Miami. Coach Randy Shannon moved him from outside to inside linebacker during his stay at UM.
