Jaguars QB Luke McCown Out For The Season With A Torn ACL

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Luke McCown reportedly will miss the rest of the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee suffered in Sunday’s loss to San Diego on Sunday.
According to the Florida Times-Union, McCown, who took over for struggling starter David Garrard, went down with the injury with 41 seconds left in the game when he scrambled for a four-yard gain, taking it to the Chargers’ three- yard-line.
McCown suffered an identical injury in the right knee in 2006.
Before leaving, he completed 11-of-19 passes for 120 yards.
