Lions Rookie DT N’damukong Suh In A Minor Traffic Accident

Detroit Lions rookie defensive tackle N’damukong Suh was involved in a minor traffic accident early Thursday night, the Royal Oak Police Department confirmed.

The accident happened at the intersection of 11 Mile and Campbell roads. Suh was driving eastbound in his Land Rover and struck a Honda Civic driven by a 30-year-old Shelby Township woman who pulled out into his path. Police responded to the incident at 7:33 p.m.

According to the report, the woman in the Civic was traveling westbound on Eleven Mile Road attempting to turn southbound onto Campbell Road and didn’t see the Land Rover driven by Suh when she attempted to make the turn.

The woman was cited for disobeying a traffic signal and was transported to William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak with minor injuries. Alcohol was not a factor in the accident.

Both Suh and the Civic driver were alone in their vehicles.

pleased to see either one of them were injured seriously. Suh is a class act. Not only in his football ability but also his character off of the field
