Green Bay Packers cornerback Al Harris was fined $5,000 by the NFL for unnecessarily grabbing the facemask of Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Mohamed Massaquoi.

Harris attempted to make a tackle on Massaquoi after the rookie made a catch in the open field and he grabbed his face mask and dragged him down. The referees immediately threw the flag on Harris.
