Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez To Miss Time With A Sprained MCL

New England Patriots second-year tight end Aaron Hernandez looks like he will miss some time with a sprained MCL he suffered after taking a hit from Chargers safety Bob Sanders during the fourth quarter of a 35-21 win on Sunday afternoon.

Multiple media sources say that Hernandez will be out f0r 1-2 weeks and others have heard anywhere from 4-6 weeks.

“Just a little sore, we’ll see what it is,” Hernandez said after Sunday’s game. “Just getting ready to go to this next game.” ~ MassLive.com

Hernandez, a former Florida Gator, is arguably Tom Brady’s favorite target catching 14 passes for 165 yards and two touchdowns so far this season.

And if nothing else Ochocinco will be a bigger part of the gameplan. Personally I'd go with the Gronkowskis first, then Ocho.
