Raiders QB Bruce Gradkowski Could Be Done For The Season
According to Steve Corkran of the Oakland Tribune, an MRI Monday revealed that Oakland Raiders quarterback Bruce Gradkowski suffered a third-degree separation of his throwing shoulder.
Raiders head coach Tom Cable addressed the media prior to receiving the MRI results, but did confirm the quarterback could be lost for the year if the injury proved to be as significant as originally thought, which it was.
Gradkowski missed five weeks with the initial injury and if that timetable is correct, starting him in Week 17 and risking further damage to the shoulder would really be pointless.
The Raiders quarterback carousel will go back around to Jason Campbell again and looks to stay that way for the rest of the 2010 season.
