Raines HS (FL) DT Louis Nix Commits To Notre Dame

Notre Dame received some great recruiting news on Tuesday that no one could have seen coming. Raines High School (FL) four star defensive tackle recruit Louis Nix verbally committed to Notre Dame just over 24 hours after Notre Dame fired head coach Charlie Weis.

What’s so shocking is that Nix committed to Notre Dame without a head coach currently in place. Running backs coach Tony Alford learned of Nix’s commitment during a visit to see him in Florida.
