Saints CB Randall Gay Out For The Season Concussion Issues

New Orleans Saints cornerback Randall Gay is done for the season due to recurring symptoms from a concussion he suffered earlier in the campaign.

Gay was placed on injured reserve Wednesday due to problems stemming from a concussion he suffered in a Week 2 game against San Francisco.

Gay was held out of the Week 3 contest against Atlanta, but returned to play the next two games. He was again out for last Sunday’s win against Tampa Bay.

To take his spot on the roster, the team signed cornerback Quincy Butler.

Recovery from concussion can be tough in some cases. I hope Gay's recovery is not too complicated.
