South African Woman? Wins 800 Meter Gold In Berlin

A gender-tested South African teenager named Caster Semenya dominated the 800 meters in Berlin winning Gold in a shocking 2.45 second win over defending champion Kenya’s Janeth Jepshook.
The 18-year-old took the lead halfway through the race Wednesday and won in a world-leading 1 minute, 55.45 seconds.
The world track and field federation requested Semenya do a gender test about three weeks ago with speculation that she does not meet the requirements to compete in track and field as a woman.
Excuse me for saying this but there is nothing about Semenya that screams woman at me.

I feel bad for her because she probably has been mocked all her life. At least she can be finally do something that she can be proud of. Besides, why are they questioning her gender now after she won. If there was a problem, they should have checked her out discreetly before the race instead of embarrassing her after she won.
