Spartans Tame Huskies 82-73 To Advance To Finals

NCAA Final Four Michigan St Connecticut Basketball

Tom Izzo and his Michigan State Spartans have advanced to the NCAA Championship Game to face the winner of the UNC/Villanova game.

The Spartans top contributors were guard Kalin Lucas (21 points), forward Raymar Morgan (18 points) and reserve guards Korie Lucious (11 points) and Durrell Summers (10 Points).

Huskies head coach Jim Calhoun loses his first final four game in his coaching career, after having a nice run in the NCAA Tournament.
