St. Thomas T Bobby Hart Commits To FSU

St. Thomas Aquinas’ Bobby Hart, one of the top offensive tackle prospects in the Class of 2011, verbally committed to Florida State on Saturday.

Hart, second-team All-State at Cardinal Gibbons as a junior last fall, is the second player from St. Thomas to announce for the Seminoles this summer, following in the footsteps of wide receiver Rashad Greene.

“I committed to FSU,” said Hart, who acknowledged he chose FSU over Florida and LSU among his final three. “It feels good.”

The 6-foot-4, 283-pound Hart is ranked as the eighth-best offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 70 overall prospect by Rivals.com.

Scout.com lists Hart as the No. 9 offensive tackle and No. 81 overall prospect.
