Texas Defensive Coordinator Will Muschamp To Take Gators Head Coaching Job

According to former Florida quarterback Tim Tebow, the Gators have hired Texas Longhorns defensive coordinator Will Muschamp as their next head football coach.

Tebow released the news via Twitter:

“Welcome to the Gator family Coach Muschamp! You’ll soon find out why it’s great to be a Florida Gator! God bless and Go Gators!!!”

Muschamp, who’s in his third season at Texas, where he was the head-coach-in-waiting to succeed Mack Brown, now replaces former head coach Urban Meyer.
