Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young says his primary goal this offseason is to improve on throwing routes to his left, working to improve his technique and accuracy, especially when throwing along the left sideline.

“The ball is coming out more accurate,” Young told The Tennessean. “I feel a lot more comfortable doing it. But I have to keep working on my craft.

“Sometimes I let my hips open up too much and I kind of fling the ball instead of being more balanced and having a good base and good frame in making a better throw to the left. So that is one of the main things I am working on, keeping the ball higher and not getting too relaxed.

“It’s part of trying to be a complete quarterback.”
