Tennessee Titans running back Javon Ringer is receiving a great deal of experience while Chris Johnson and the Titans settle their differences.

Ringer, a Michigan State product, is making the most of this opportunity and improving upon some of his weaknesses and developing facets of his game that were non-existent last year. “I think this has been really good for Javon,” Offensive Coordinator Mike Heimderdinger said. “Javon had like his redshirt year (as a rookie).
