Trader Drew: Agent Rosenhaus Will Be Busy This Offseason

Super agent Drew Rosenhaus looks to have one of his busiest off seasons ever as an agent.
Rosenhaus represents three NFL pro bowl wide receivers that all want to be traded from their respective teams.
Let’s have a look at Rosenhaus’ trading client roster:
Client #1: Arizona Cardinals, Anquan Boldin

Anquan Boldin is one of the top five wide receivers in the NFL and seems to feel underappreciated and underpaid in Arizona and wants to go to a team that will appreciate him and his abilities on the field. Boldin was told he would get a new deal from Arizona last year and has yet to receive that offer.
Client #2: New York Giants, Plaxico Burress

Plaxico Burress has had a troubled 2008 season after shooting himself in the leg at a night club in New York in earlier in the season.
The New York Giants suspended Burress for the last four games for conduct detrimental to the team and also held $1 million dollars of Burress’ signing bonus after the suspension.
Burress just signed a new five year, 35 million dollar deal in September. So this trade isn’t about money or a Super Bowl ring because he has that already, I think this is about a change of scenery.
Client #3: Cincinnati Bengals, Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson

The trade talks for Ocho Cinco have been going on for years now, so this is no different from the past years.
I believe Chad feels underappreciated as well and wants to be in a place where he will be wanted and graciously accepted. Chad is a great receiver and needs to be in a better place. Cincinnati has never really been a great place for players, especially when the greatest player of all time is an offensive lineman.
I personally believe that two of these three will be traded, Anquan Boldin and Plaxico Burress. Let’s see what happens….

This story and everything still breaks my heart. I hope he does come back to play one day, and I applaud him for not holding any ill-feelings towards the Giants organization. He knows how much it them to even have to be faced with letting him go over this situation.
It still disgusts me knowing that Donte' Stallworth is a free man after actually killing someone while Burress sits in jail for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to anyone. I'm done!
