True Freshman Impact: Georgia RB Isaiah Crowell

With the loss of running backs Washaun Ealy and Caleb King to suspension, the Georgia Bulldogs running back situation looked bleek until the emergence of freshman Isaiah Crowell.

The Carver-Columbus high school grad has filled that running back void for the Bulldogs even though they are off to a 1-2 start.

Crowell opened his career at Georgia with 15 carries for 60 yards in a 35-21 loss to Boise State in the Georgia Dome. He had 16 carries for 118 yards and a touchdown in the loss a South Carolina and ran for 86 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries in the Bulldogs 59-0 thrashing they put on Coastal Carolina.

The Georgia Bulldogs will face Ole Miss on Saturday afternoon. Look for Crowell to make a big impact in this game as well.
