The Miami Hurricanes defeated the Virginia Tech Hokies Thursday night to take the lead in the ACC Coastal Division. The Hurricanes defense showed up big time holding freshman sensation running back Darren Evans to just 43 yards on 17 carries. The Hurricanes are 7-3 overall and 4-2 in the division and are bowl eligible. There were really no superstars on offense in this game but there was someone on defense that deserved the MVP Award. My selection is freshman defensive end Marcus Robinson. He had seven tackles, four for a loss and three sacks. GREAT JOB MARCUS!!! THE HURRICANES ARE BACK!!!
