USA Sprinter Sanya Richards Wins Fifth National Title

Sanya Richards showed she is ready to challenge Christine Ohuruogu for 400m supremacy as she took her fifth USA Track & Field title in Oregon.

Richards powered to a 50.05sec win as Debbie Dunn (50.79) and Jessica Beard (50.81) joined her in making the team for the World Championships in August.

Richards had been the top-ranked 400m runner in 2008, but only took bronze in Beijing as Briton Ohuruogu won gold.
