The Jamaican Sensation Usain Bolt broke his own world record finishing the 200 meters in a time of 19.19 seconds at the world championships in Berlin. Bolt already won gold when he broke the world record in 100.

This happens exactly one year after breaking the world the first in the 2008 Olympics Games in Beijing with a time of 19.30. Bolt shaved 0.11 seconds off his previous time, as he did in setting the record in the 100 run on Sunday.

Alonso Edward of Panama was a distant second-place, falling 0.62 seconds behind. The USA’s Wallace Spearmon took the bronze.
