Dear Dallas Cowboys Diary,

This look by Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Jay Ratliff should be look on every TRUE Cowboys fan right now and throughout the entire season. A look of disgust, frustration and embarrassment. I have that look on my face when I go to work, come home, eat dinner, take a shower and any other activity I do throughout the week after a Cowboys loss, especially this season.

The Dallas Cowboys have not looked this bad since I became a fan of the team in 1988 when the year after the Cowboys began the season 0-8 in Jimmy Johnson’s first season as head coach.

The 2010 version of the Dallas Cowboys are the worse than the 1989 0-8 team because this team has alot more talent than that team did.

In 1989, you could understand that they weren’t that good because of the talent level, but when Jimmy Johnson got the Cowboys like he wanted them, after making the “crazy” Herschel Walker trade to the Minnesota Vikings, they ran off three Super Bowl wins in four years with Johnson being the head man two of those years and Barry Switzer winning one with Johnson’s team in the 1995 season.

In 2010, you have have pro bowlers like DeMarcus Ware, Miles Austin, Tony Romo, Leonard Davis, Mike Jenkins, Marion Barber, Jay Ratliff, etc. with no fight, no hustle, no nothing and it starts with the head coach. WADE PHILLIPS MUST BE FIRED!!! We need to let Jason Garrett audition for the head coaching job by taking over this season and start looking for head coaches for next year.

We need to get some big time talent in Dallas, when I say talent I mean some top notch coaches, players and a GENERAL MANAGER!!! That’s right JERRY, GIVE IT UP DUDE!!! YOU ARE NOT A GM, YOU’RE A BUSINESSMAN, LET SOMEONE THAT KNOWS FOOTBALL RUN THE TEAM, NOT YOU!!!

BRING BACK JIMMY JOHNSON, BRING BACK BILL PARCELLS, DO SOMETHING!!!
